Be sure to be aware of the various types of inspections available. Radon, mold, etc. In Florida, buyers should also commission a Chinese drywall inspection. Not many buyers have heard of this, but it is very important!

Morgan after reading your post ( http://tinyurl.com/kpg63r ) I knew you’d love this story. I’m glad you guys enjoyed it and thank you for your kind words. Trust me, we’re so very fortunate to have Emma and Rachael in our lives. They add so much to it.

Yeah, They were hugging! I just had to snap a picture. We probably have 500+ pictures of the girls and like 80 of us.

Rachael is a bit neurotic but she we love her. She is one of the most unique dogs in the world. Oh and she’s quite the actress. She’s actually got me in trouble with Crystal (my wife) on several occasions because by the horrific screams she makes when I even try to punish her; Crystal thought I was beating her. She’s a faker, even if I don’t even touch her she cries out loud like she’s being beaten to death.
